A week or so on and life is returning to normal.I have shown my medal to just about everyone who is likely to be vaguely interested - and some who were not.
The team photo has arrived and I have made up a "trophy" with it plus the medal, certificate etc and hung it on my hockey wall of fame.
There have been many emails going back and forth between the team and everyone seems to have had a good time. Next time we meet we are likely to be on opposite sides.
I have also since heard my project in Thailand is approved, so I will be off there soon. Stay tuned for the next blog.
